If you have a change in your information (i.e, contact information, banking, etc.), please submit that information to our office no later than Monday, 07/18/2022, for processing effective 08/01/2022. Any information received after that date will be processed effective 09/01/2022. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Orlando Housing Authority's Partner Portal will allow our landlords to view their payment details for our Section 8/HCV clients.

The automatic account creation feature is no longer available. Please send an e-mail to PartnerPortal@orl-oha.org to request a Partner Portal user account or to reset your password. You must include your Name, Owner Name, Payee or Business Name, Tax ID/SSN, E-mail address and Phone Number for account verification purposes. Once your account is created you will receive an e-mail with your account credentials.
The Orlando Housing Authority will no longer communicate via U.S. Mail Please make sure we have a current phone number, email address and fax number so that we may contact you.
